Stock
Items shown on this site are not guaranteed to be in stock. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will contact you and we will then have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

Payment Options
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been processed and shipped. We do not accept checks and we cannot ship COD.

Returns
All merchandise is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if a return is necessary, you may return the item, in original condition, within 14 business days. We need to know your package is coming back so it will be processed correctly, please call first to receive your return merchandise authorization number. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. We do not refund shipping charges. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or plush.

Sales Tax
MA residents are required to pay a 6.25% sales tax on merchandise total. There is no sales tax on clothing.

Shipping and Handling
We ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail to anywhere in the continental US. Your order will be processed within three to five days. You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped.
